After more than 10 years of thoroughbred industry experience, former Sydney Assistant Trainer, Jack Bruce, has announced he is set to launch Jack Bruce Racing in Queensland from May 1st.
“I’m thrilled to be establishing my own training operation in Brisbane after spending the last seven years in Sydney racing working for Australia’s best.”
Jack grew up in New Zealand working at Windsor Park Stud, before graduating from the prestigious Godolphin Flying Start. He has subsequently acquired an impressive body of experience, including stints under leading trainers Mike De Kock, Bjorn Baker, Chris Waller, and Ciaron Maher & David Eustace.
“The time is now right to go training on my own account. Queensland racing continues to go from strength to strength and I am excited to be a part of it.”
“I have been acquiring tried horses to join my team and I will be active at the upcoming Magic Millions March Yearling Sale this week.”
